When Surfing Goes Right

YouTube is many things, not the least of which a constant threat to topple you into a pool of nostalgia. My random clicking on the Tube tonight brings you these two glorious Top 10 Plays of the Week clips from NBA Action circa 1991-92. With highlights from the likes of Mark Price, Sherman Douglas, a Sixers era Charles Barkley, Mitch Richmond, KJ, and Stacey Augmon, these two clips make my all-time favorites list without even trying. Also, notice that the same announcer from back then still does the countdown on NBA Action, and his catch phrases haven’t changed one bit. Awesome.

A quick post before I’m on my way today–Thanksgiving’s rapidly approaching and there’s much to be done to prepare my sanity for an eight hour family road trip to the wonderful city of Montreal (yeah, to Canada for Thanksgiving–an American holiday… and you wonder why I’m the way I am).
